The C3 was a modified Parker-Hale M83, which itself was basically a modified Mauser action

It's a mauser based action yes, based on the Parker Hale 1200TX I think.

You will NOT find the correct Unertl Optic. Not for less than $2-3,000. There was a company in the US that made a few, but they cost serious coin.

There is a thread on CGN about the C-3A1, worth looking at.
