Real Steel Optics in Ontario
Hello ASC,
I'm imploring your vast knowledge for my inquiry of where one may obtain a Real Steel Optic (Aimpoint, Eotech, etc..) In Ontario. Preferably Southern Ontario. If no shops are available, where online would one be able to acquire such a device without accumulating a substantial shipping cost? Thanks.

Check out gun stores in Ontario such Al Flaherty's, Lanz Shooting Supplies or even Bass Pro and Sail.
As for online stores (not sure about shipping charges) you can check out Frontier Firearms, Wolverine Supplies, etc. I used an airsoft/clone optic on a GBBR once and since then I only use real steel optics, though it would kind of suck if a bb shattered the lens...

Pretty much any store that deals in any kind of "tactical" accessories can get that shit it.
Elwood Epps in Orillia might have it No ideas about Flaherties, last time I was in there they were way overpriced on SKS, never went back. Target Sport Center in Gormley has them, no question, they can be over priced though. Wolverine Supplies has them, though I'm not sure they're in Ontario. They're a reliable shop. Contrary to mzo's suggestion, Frontier Firearms does not seem to EOTECH or Trijicon or even Elcan In regard to shipping, that's based on the weight and size of the package, not particularly what's in it except for the insurance of the item

Frontier Firearms has one EOTech optic and many others that fall in the "etc." category.
http://frontierfirearms.ca/index.php...pon-sight.html However Wolverine supplies has a larger selection and they are a reliable online shopping source. Gato, if you are in Toronto consider giving Flaherty's another chance. Sometimes stores sell "special edition" SKS's which are overpriced, however regular SKS's cost $190 at Flaherty's which is the average price for them, as far as I know (so I might be wrong). Sorry to go off topic there, but year any gun store, tactical store or outdoor store (Bass Pro, Cabelas, etc.) will have real steel optics.

I saw one the other day at Lefebvre's in North Bay but Epps should have it or can get it and they're really good to deal with. If it weren't for the 2 hour drive I'd probably be at that place everyday lol.
