AGM H&K 416 Stripped Threads
I stripped the threads on the piece that holds the RIS in place. Now when I use it, the RIS slides around or the piece that just holds on falls off. I thought I would have fixed it by buying a new RIS but it doesn't come with screws. Now I have 2 rails and 1 broken part. Does anyone know where I could buy the screw to hold it on?

Bring the nut part to Home Depot and find a long bolt that will fit. That's what I did.
Also, if you wrap some tape around the barrel nut the RIS will be a tight fit and that bolt will just be a backup.

you could also try plumbers tape that stuff is great or even locktite.
